About Waferdata

Waferdata is a privately owned, limited liability company, based in England with extensive experience in the use of semiconductor fab and test data sources to improve the manufacturing process and increase die yield. The management has over 20 years experience with semiconductor test and fab data analysis systems, working with both manufacturers and equipment suppliers in various software related roles including engineering, applications, service and marketing.
Waferdata participates in various semiconductor industry events

In 2004, Waferdata acquired Datavision. A major new version of Datavision has been released that brings the product right up to date and ready for the new data applications and techniques required in the manufacturing processes.
Waferdata continues to develop Datavision and new data applications using Datavision as the automated analysis "engine".

Also in 2004, Waferdata became the European distributor for AOVtech and their ASSA (Advanced Spatial Signature Analysis) product. This is a new, standalone product from AOVtech with high detection rates that has already been proven to be production worthy.
